Channel Update: 5th Anniversary in 3 more days! WSE 10 delayed, Google+ closed, Subscriber Exclusive Content, Google Sites Website made rejuvenated, new About section, new videos, new 5th anniversary look!

Hello, this is Adonis, and welcome to the first Channel Update of 2019! While we may have not done much in the first half of the year, the second half of the year will be great, because it has AlfaTube's 5th Anniversary in it: July 10, 2019! That's in 3 more days, and on that day, there will be a 5th Anniversary Special video uploaded to AlfaTube!

Let's deal with the rest of the news:

1. World's Strongest Engine 10 will unfortunately be delayed. It will not be on AlfaTube's 5th Anniversary, as originally planned. Instead, it will be moved to sometime in between Fall 2019 - Fall 2020. We'll keep you updated about the exact release date, and details about WSE 10, as it gets closer to the time period!

2. As you may already know, Google+ closed in April 2019, which means that our Google+ page has also closed. Instead of using Google+ for sharing quick updates and sneak peeks, we will now use The AlfaTube Blog or The AlfaTube Website.
We might make more social media pages in the future.

3. There is a new benefit for people who are subscribed to AlfaTube! You can find it below the banner of the AlfaTube Channel. It's called the Subscriber Exclusive Content section, and it was added 4 months ago. In this section, you can find never-before-seen AlfaTube footage, some of which almost became AlfaTube videos, and sneak peeks of upcoming AlfaTube videos. This section only works on computers, and can not work on mobile devices, due to YouTube channel mobile device layout restrictions.
There'll be some new Subscriber Exclusive Content videos coming out in the next few months, so subscribe today to see those videos when they come out!

4. Our Google Sites website has been rejuvenated, with a gray background, new video embed design, and center design. The Videos page makes the newest video the biggest, with the rest of the videos being the same size and smaller than the newest video. On the front page, there is a message, saying that Google Sites will be where The AlfaTube Website is hosted until the classic version of Google Sites closes in 2021.
After the classic version of Google Sites closes, there will be a new AlfaTube website, on a custom domain name.
More info about that will be revealed as it gets closer to the website release date!

5. There is a new About section in the About tab of the AlfaTube Channel, and on the About page on The AlfaTube Website. It gets some of its dialogue from the description of the newest "Welcome to AlfaTube" video. Also, the "made for kids, by kids" line of the About section has been replaced with this:

AlfaTube is a kid-friendly channel that was founded by kids, is approved by parents, and is watched by thousands of kids every year!

I replaced it with this because The AlfaTube Kids are getting older.
When I started AlfaTube, the ages of The AlfaTube Kids were 9, 8, 6, and 5. Now, the ages of The AlfaTube Kids are 14, 13, 11, and 10. As we get older, we will no longer be kids, but the AlfaTube channel will always remain founded by kids.

6. After the 5th Anniversary Special, there will be new videos! They are:

Dominoes Game

Pretzel Spelling Game

Baking Banana Bread with Minions

All of these videos will be uploaded sometime in July, so subscribe to AlfaTube and turn on notifications to get updated on whenever the next video comes out!

7. Starting today, there will be a new 5th Anniversary look on AlfaTube! Here is the 5th Anniversary banner when it is counting down the days until our 5th Anniversary:

The banner will change when there are 2 days left, and again when there is just 1 day left. On the day of our 5th Anniversary, the banner will change to this:

This will be our banner until the next AlfaTube video after the 5th Anniversary Special comes out.

The 5th Anniversary square logo will also change when the next AlfaTube video after the 5th Anniversary Special comes out.
